Saturday morning watching Lion King with the friends (Mufasa!) and I get called into work. No problem. Except it was. Gate operator didn't work. Couldn't get out. Last month my garage door spring broke so I knew exactly who to call. The good guys at ASAP. Called them and within the hour the team was there.

The camaraderie and banter between the two techs were great you could tell they really loved the work they did. The price was great and they got the job done in a timely manner. Only problem was when I accidentally hit my horn and scared one of the techs.

After contacting another company that told me My gate was obsolete (and they hadn’t even seen it yet) and stressing me out over repair costs, I found ASAP. They told me they are able to service ALL gates and they would take a look before recommending full replacement. They were there within 2 hrs and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Our service tech, Rocky, was so knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me. Turns out our “obsolete” gate just needed some welding. Rocky gave me some great pointers on maintenance and was very gracious. Honest hardworking company!

We had a problem with 2 sensors 2 months ago with my garage door. The service was quite expensive, as they charged $300 for the work. However, when my garage door did not work again and I called, ASAP was able to solve the problem very quickly and efficiently free of charge. I am quite satisfied and will work with them again if I have a similar problem. Thank you ASAP!

Wow! I had an issue with my gate at one of my rentals and was unable to get my normal guy to come out for a few days. I called ASAP Garage Doors & Gate Repair this morning and Rocky came out within a few hours and even installed the new gate arm the same day. I cannot say enough great things about how easy he made the process. This company will be my first call going forward.

We are new homeowners & our home came with a Genie Operator. IT was SO Loud & probably an older system. We upgraded to a Liftmaster Operator & it is so nice, quiet & smooth! ASAP fixed us up with some extra additions. The LED light really helps pulling in! ASAP is super knowledgable & I highly recommend them!

Second time Rocky has come to our rescue, first he fixed our original installers (NOT ASAP) botched installation. Lighting strike messed us up second time, afraid our board was fried, Rocky came after dark and checked it out and reset and tested and all was well. Awesome service. Estimate over the phone via text & photos of the issue. Came out in the pouring rain. The repair process was explained and a brief this and that about the gate opener. Welded the post bracket back in place and everything is working perfectly. Even took the time to resolve a separate issue with a garage opener.
